STATEMENT OF CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH NORCO WILL ENTER INTO A PUBLISHED MILK SUPPLY AGREEMENT (section 12 Dairy Industry Code of Conduct)

1. This statement of circumstances sets out the circumstances in which Norco would enter into an On-Going Exclusive Milk Supply Agreement or an On-Going Non-Exclusive Milk Supply Agreement with a farmer supplier.
