Luke joined the Norco team in August 2024.
Luke has an exceptional career history in executive management roles across the retail sector, with a strong focus on cross-functional and inclusive management principals. Luke brings to the AgriSolutions team significant retailing experience which complements the transformation plans of the AgriSolutions business and assists team Norco in making AgriSolutions the most contemporary and dynamic retail and animal nutritional business in the country.
Luke has most recently been the CEO and MD of NutraFruit, a private business that commercialises a range of fruit varieties developed by the Queensland Department of Agriculture & Fisheries. Prior to this, Luke gained significant experience in the retail sector in both Woolworths and Metcash where he held a multitude of senior roles in both commercial and operations.
