Norco's Milk Supply team manage the daily interaction between the Co-operative and its Supplier Shareholders. The group's objective is to enhance dairy farm sustainability through excellence in agricultural extension, innovation, and on-farm development.

The Milk Supply team has excellent skills in various aspects of subtropical dairying including:
pasture and forage production
herd nutrition, reproduction, and health
business management and enterprise growth.
The team also manages milk supply logistics, supports Norco's quality assurance program - Norco Quality First, and works closely with government, industry and agribusiness organizations to ensure that Norco suppliers and Norco products meet world class quality standards.
Member milk supply increase in total to 221.6m litres for 2015/16, up
10.6m litres or 5 percent compared to 2014/15.
Total average farm gate milk price was 57.30 cents per litre (cpl) versus
56.48 cpl for 2014/15, a 0.82 cpl or 1.45 percent increase.
Northern Region average farm gate price was 57.28 cpl, Southern Region average farm gate price was 57.52 cpl versus the prior year’s total average of 56.48 cpl.
Manufacturing litres paid at base prices for the second year in a row.
Milk supplied to Norco Milk increased 3.4 percent or 5.3m litres over 2014/15.
For Norco farms that have supplied milk in both 2014/15 and 2015/16 there was an overall growth in volume of 6.2 percent for the 2015/16 year.
