Sheep and Cattle Nuts
Sheep & Cattle Nuts are a quality grain based, high protein supplement formulated as an energy/protein source to maintain sheep and beef cattle when forages are in short supply and/or of poor digestibility due to drought and/or frosting. They also provide all the macro, trace minerals and vitamins required by sheep and cattle. Sheep & cattle Nuts are designed to be fed out on the ground, avoiding the necessity to provide troughs and/or tubs. The nuts are easy for animals to pick up due to their larger diameter and robust
consistency. Sheep & Cattle Nuts will improve dry matter intake when dry forage is available to stock.

- Sheep & Cattle Nuts can be fed out on flat ground or in troughs that are self-draining or covered.
- Do not feed to dogs, horses or other equines.
- Sheep: Feed up to 1% of liveweight per head per day to adult sheep feed in conjunction with a roughage source.
- Example: 40 kg ewe - feed up to 400g per day plus roughage source.
- Cattle: Feed up to 1% of liveweight per head per day in conjunction with a roughage source.
- Example: 400kg cow – feed up to 4kg per day plus roughage source.
- Ensure clean, cool, adequate water is available at all times.
