Paul Gage joined the Norco team on 19 July 2023 as General Manager People & Culture and joins the Senior Executive Team.
Paul was raised and educated in Victoria, but spent 20 years based in London, working across the globe in varying People leadership roles across the Construction and Logistics industries before returning to Australia in 2019, where he has been leading people functions in the Mining industry.
Paul brings the best out in people, identifying the future needs of the business while ensuring employee engagement and development of leadership capability are at the forefront. He will be responsible for fostering and driving the cultural intent of the business and developing the capabilities within the greater Norco business.
