Adrian Reck joined the Norco team on 1 November 2021 as General Manager Rural/Agri.
Adrian will be responsible for the stores network, agronomy sales, feed milling and stockfeed trading businesses, and will be an important member of the overall business Senior Executive Team.
Adrian joins us after 9 years at Elders Limited, where he had been running the Queensland and Northern Territory operations, delivering improved outcomes for both their people and the business via his leadership and change management. Supplementing the skills and talents within the Rural/Agri team with Adrian’s 24 years of experience in the industry, we foresee the Rural/Agri team will create significant value across this important part of business, and assist us to grow Norco Rural/Agri to be the premier agricultural services provider in our heartlands.
